How do I know my cleaner will be a trustworthy and reliable person?

We vet all of our staff before they start work for us, checking both character and work references. We also have quality control systems in place to make sure we continue to provide the standard of workmanship our customers expect.

How do I get a quote?

Ring us or fill in our booking form. For many services you’ll get an instant quote but where the work is more complex or extensive we’ll send someone round to make an assessment and they’ll give you a price based on your exact situation. This service is free and without obligation.

How do I make a booking?

Ring us or use our booking form to tell us when you’d like us to come. Our lines are open 24/7 so whenever you call you’ll get a prompt and helpful reply.

Can I cancel or change a booking if I need to?

Yes, of course! We know that circumstances can change. When you give us 48 hours’ notice we won’t even charge a cancellation fee.

When do I pay you and how?

You pay for your service after it’s delivered, and there’s no deposit required to book. We’re happy to accept cash or card payments and you’ll receive full invoicing for tax purposes.

Do I need to be home when my work is done?

No. We’re happy to arrange key collection and drop off.

Do I need to provide anything?

It depends on the service you’re using. In many instances our cleaners will bring everything they need with them. In other cases, you’ll have a choice. Your cleaners can use your regular cleaning solutions, or if you prefer we’ll bring along the appropriate detergents from our range of eco-friendly, non-toxic cleansers. If you’re in doubt, just ask when you make your booking.

What do I do if I’m not happy with something?

In the unlikely event that something hasn’t worked out the way you expected it too, please ring us and tell us about it. We really appreciate the feedback and we’d like the opportunity to put things right.
